Welcome to D.I.E.

Welcome to Disaster & Immediate Evacuation, Thank you for freeing yourself from the bondages of unpreparedness and into the state of readiness. With all of life's uncertainties, the one thing we all can be certain about is no one knows the future. We don't know what's going to happen from one moment to the next. We are experiencing catastrophic and cataclysmic changes on the earth and in the way people think, feel, and treat themselves and each other as it relates to disasters. Mankind's relentless and unquenchable thirst for modernization has brought him from a time when disasters whether caused by man himself, natural or supernatural proved that he or she was not even slightly prepared for the aftermath of these catastrophes. Humans, for the most part are reactionary and not precautionary. We take too many things for granted in this world and what we still haven't realized is that, "It is still better to be safe than sorry."

Knowledge is power. The more knowledgeable we become, the less common sense is applied it seems. It is said that, "Discretion is the better part of valor." Well, we want to offer the public the highest degree of discretion in order to help them to make the most pragmatic of choices for being prepared for crisis situations and how to respond to them personally. In NYC's transit authority system, it has about 4 million riders that travel to and fro each day throughout the city. In the summer of 2003 NYC suffered its third modern day blackout (power outage) in thirty years. Not only here but in several northeast and Midwestern cities. In excess of 50 million people were without power and/or electricity. That's one fifth of the total population of the United States that was in the dark. Modernization down the drain! In the subways of the big cities trains had to be evacuated. For most people, when this incident occurred some people were literally caught with their pants down. Evacuation procedures had to be implemented by emergency management personnel. Simple things like flashlights, food, water was not available when this happened. Many people did not know how to evacuate the premises they were occupying at the time so they were stagnated, stuck or simply immobilized.

Our Mission

Many cannot read a map or follow directions to get to the most simplest of places.  D.I.E. will offer these services through our many products. You will be informed by brochures, interactive CD Roms, CD's, videos, books and audio tapes. Go to our links to see which program is suitable for your needs. Safety needs differ from person to person and safety means different things to different people.
