How do I place an order with you?
You can place an order by phone, by fax, or online. Please find our contact numbers on the contact information page. However, the most convenient way to order is online. Just click on order.  

Can I also purchase from you for private purposes?
We typically sell to the private sector, city aagencies, labor unions and organizations, schools, and a host of community based organizations. Whatever the quantities desired, we may be able to accommodate you.

Where do you deliver the merchandise?
We deliver nationally and regionally. All of our deliveries are made by ground shipping only.  Check out our delivery page for more information on our delivery terms.

What are your return conditions?
If the merchandise was damaged during delivery, we will reimburse you for the damaged goods, and/or, replace damaged contents by returning the broken items wrapped in the same box it was delivered in.

How fast can you deliver?

Because we are Merchant Wholesaler's, bulk orders, depending on the size of the order, delivery can take from 3 days to 10 days depending on the clients location, and mitigating circumstances related to weather and other unforeseen

issues.
