As an administrator with Disaster & immediate Evacuation, and an independent contractor, Brenda Fox also the CEO and owner of BU-JEN Multi-Technical Services, in which she brings the technical saavy and digital know-how to any project both big and small. For the past 35 years Semaj has worked in the field of human services and people development. He began his career with the New York City Board of Education as a Substance Abuse Counselor in elementary, Junior and High schools. Mr.Williams was formerly Senior Staff Trainer for 18 years with the Dept of Juvenile Justice. Semaj has conducted many trainings ; (Issues in Confidentuality, Motivating Staff to Work, Right-to-Know, Handling Difficult People at Work. etc). Semaj has co-developed a diversity/team building seminar called the Partnership Dialogue.

Semaj attended and worked at Medgar Evers College as the Sports Medicine Consultant.Semaj is a percussionist and provides workshops utilizing the Drum as a healing and team building tool. one of his greatest accomplishments is that Semaj is a Laughter Coach and Laugh Yoga Therapist. he has produced two video documentaries. A social worker for 25 years, Darryl started his career with the New York City Human Resources Administration and is currently at the Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement, Inc.  (HCCI) where he received the President’s Award for Employee of the Year in 2008. Darryl and Barrington met in HCCI’s Office of Human Capital Development where Barrington worked as a consultant. Darryl is an ordained deacon and has work as a community organizer where he planned fairs, workshops and events on employment, health, education, and the arts with the Mayor’s office, elected officials, community boards, law enforcement agencies, national and local organizations, and businesses.
